We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return, subject to the below conditions.

Please note you will be liable for all shipment costs associated. 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

The item must be returned in full within 14 days after delivery.
PLEASE make sure that the order number and your name are included within the package. Without it, we are unable to identify the sender.
The item(s) are undamaged and come with their original packaging in perfect shape.
When trying on shoes, take careful not to scratch the leather soles because damaged or unclean soles cannot be returned. Customer service may contact you and ask for a cleaning fee if soles are returned marked and not in resellable condition. Depending on the damage, this can cost a different percentage.
To protect the shoe as secure as possible throughout transit, kindly make sure the tissue paper and tiny shoe bags are included in the return. 

Customers are recommended to research return shipping fees before making a purchase because international returns of shoes can be expensive. Once we have received your return, we will issue a refund using the same method as your initial payment. Any already made repayments, if you purchased your purchase via AfterPay, will be credited back to your AfterPay account.
