Return Window:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligible Items:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition you received them. All original tags and packaging must be intact. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Initiating a Return:

Important: Do not return items without prior authorization.

Return Shipping:

Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend opting for a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind and security.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Exchanges:

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
