I have emailed you three times that I have to return the shoes because they won’t fit with my orthodics. I have not been given the courtesy of a response and am now going to contact my bank to open a claim against you and stop payment.
I love my Oxfords. The color is more of an off-white rather than beige, but I am still able to match with a lot of outfits. Got a lot of compliments. Wish your company has a mary jane version of this.

I would not call these “barefoot” shoes, the sole of the shoe is NOT flexible like a vivobarefoot shoe. I wish I could return them…lesson learned.
Update:
Pelanir responded quickly to my concerns and processed a return within 12 hours of contacting them. So, they do have great customer service!
The good:
These are a cool design, like nothing I've seen on the market until now. The materials used appear to be good quality and I'm guessing they would last a couple years before needing replacement.
The bad:
As with most quality dress shoes, I was expecting the outsole to be made of leather; The description only mentions leather (repeatedly) and the photos don't show a clear image of the outsole being made of rubber. Also, while I understand these are handmade, they are very clearly handmade (not in a good way); the glue is visible at most of the seams and all the way around the outsoles, among some other defects.
Unfortunately, these are too far off from my expectations to want to keep them, hopefully returning them won't be difficult.
Very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship.
