I received my shoes and they ended up fitting larger than I expected (I think I might have been sent the men's version by mistake). When I contacted the company for help exchanging them, I received the best customer service experience I've ever had. They mailed a pair of replacement shoes (thankfully, this pair fits great) and the shoes themselves are gorgeous. I have low-volume feet so I will likely need to pop in an extra insole, but the shoes stay on my feet just fine and the craftsmanship is lovely.

These boots have quickly become my new favorite. They are made of good quality leather and required no breaking in, being comfortable from day 1. They do run large and I had to re-order a size down, but the smaller pair fit nicely. They are more suited for a high volume foot, but thick socks help with that as well. The color is very versatile and goes with most of my outfits, as does the style. All in all, a great boot!

These black loafers are really beautiful. I mostly like the simplicity of the shoe. They can be funky or professional but either way they will be comfortable! True to size, leather has been dyed perfectly, no errors in stitching. Surprisingly the flat inside sole made of thick leather is comfortable. No arch support. The leather is softening up within 3 wears. Worth the 2.5 week wait!
