Refund policy

We want you to love your Pelanir purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return and refund process. Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth return experience.

Cancellation and Changes

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible, and our standard return and refund policy will apply. Please note that size modifications are also not permitted after 24 hours, as each product is made to order and production begins shortly after the order is placed.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, contact our customer service team at info@pelanir.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind and security. Additionally, customers are responsible for any charges or taxes that may apply during the return process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@pelanir.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Orders with Multiple Products: Orders containing two or more products, whether identical or of different styles, are classified as bulk orders and are not eligible for returns under any circumstances. This policy includes partial returns, meaning individual items from a bulk order cannot be returned separately. Additionally, if a customer places multiple orders for more than one product within a 14-day period, these orders will also be considered bulk orders and will not qualify for returns.
  • Custom or Personalized Products: Items that are custom-made, personalized, or specially ordered for the customer cannot be returned.
  • Refused Deliveries: Items for which the customer or recipient has refused delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Unpaid Duties or Fees: Orders for which the customer has not paid required customs taxes, VAT, import duties, brokerage fees, handling fees, local taxes, tariffs, delivery fees, regulatory fees, or any other applicable charges are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Replacement Pairs: Replacement pairs sent to customers as part of a resolution for size or fit issues are also non-returnable. Once a replacement pair has been dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and then place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 14 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@pelanir.com.
