Our shoes are designed to fit true to size. However, because they have a wide toe box, they may feel slightly roomier than traditional shoes. We recommend referring to our size chart and considering your desired level of fit (snug or loose) when choosing a size.
Genuine full grain leather is naturally water resistant, but not waterproof. We recommend treating your shoes with a leather protectant to help repel water and stains.
Care and Maintenance
To keep your shoes looking their best, we recommend brushing them regularly with a soft brush and treating them with a leather protectant every few months.
It's generally not recommended to wash leather shoes in water. Spot cleaning with a damp cloth is usually sufficient. For more specific cleaning instructions, refer to the care instructions included with your shoes.
If your shoes do get wet, allow them to air dry naturally away from direct heat.
Return & Refund Policies
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the standard return and refund policy applies.

Yes, returns are accepted from international orders, but please note you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

For custom orders, due to the extensive time and effort invested in crafting each piece specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns. However, please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have before placing your order.

Our products are crafted with care in Turkey. We offer complimentary express shipping via UPS, or FedEx for orders delivered to the USA, UK, EU, and UAE.
To ensure prompt delivery, please provide clear and detailed information when entering your shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Customs
• Please be aware that you may be responsible for customs fees upon receiving your order. These fees are determined by your country's import regulations and are beyond our control.
