I am not new to barefoot shoes, but something about the fit on these did feel "clowny" in addition to too large. I have to give great compliments on customer service. It is not easy to deal with international shipping. I was willing to pay the cost to send them back but the owner confirmed this could be a 3 mo+ process with no guarantee that the boots would make it through customs and assure my refund. They in turn offered a more than fair partial refund, especially because this is handmade and skillful work. I almost felt bad about it but I will be gifting these to someone in need. Best case resolution for all parties. I would say be 100% sure on your sizing and willingness to wear barefoot shaped boots before ordering, though very impressed with care from the team. The are extremely lightweight, good feel of the ground underneath your feet, and beautiful leather.
